  • How can I send a shirt as gift?

    Please enter the recipient's name and address under receiver's information. A copy of the bill will automatically be emailed to you.

  • How do I change my address?

    To change your address log into “My Account”, and go to “Shipping Address”. To revise your current address, select “edit” or to add another address by selecting “Add New Address”.

  • Do you offer easy care/iron free shirts?

    Yes, we have an assortment of iron free fabric available. To view fabric details, click “ ” for each fabric.

  • Is customer service available over the phone?

    We offer limited customer service via our hotline number (Insert Number). Please note that due to various time zones we and our customers live in, it is not possible to attend to customer queries. So, in case we are not able to pick answer you call, you will be asked to leave a voicemail with you query, contact info and preferred call time with time zone. We will return your call within 2 days. Alternately, for a faster reply you can always connect with us anytime via Live Chat or Email us. Our customer service team is eager to assist you and we are committed to responding to customer emails within 24 hours.

  • Where are the custom-made garments produced?

    Our professional and experienced team of tailors are located in Dubai, UAE.

  • Can I return my shirt?

    Our shirts are custom made for each clients' body measurements and hence have no use for them. Returns and Refunds are granted if you qualify. Read our policy here. However if the dress shirt is defective please contact care@madebytailors.com, and we will remake one for you with no additional charge. If you are a first time buyer, please refer to our First Time Customer Guarantee policy.

Shipping & Handling

  • What is the delivery time?

    With Express Shipping, your shirt will be delivered in 4 – 6 Business Days and with Regular Shipping you can enjoy your shirt in 15 Calendar Days.

  • What are the shipping costs?

    We have two shipping options, standard shipping is $10.00 Flat, and express shipping is available for $20.00. Free express shipping is also available with purchases of 2 or more shirts in the same order.

  • Do you ship internationally?

    We ship worldwide to all the countries in the world. But, please note that some African, South American and Asian countries are not subject to the delivery time frames mentioned on our website. To find out more details about this contact us at help@madebytailors.com

  • Are there any additional duties and taxes?

    While we take make all effort to ensure there are no hidden costs in purchasing form us, this is one aspect that is simply beyond our capacity. Most of our customers do not get charged duties and taxes as the shirts’ value are duty exempt in most countries. To find out more about this, please contact you countries local border and customs agency.

Measurements

  • Where can I find a measuring tape, and how much is it?

    Measuring tapes are inexpensive. It costs between $1 - $2. You will purchase it in fabric stores, sewing section in walmart or dollar stores. Pretty much anywhere you can buy sewing supplies will have them.

  • Will my measurements be saved for future orders?

    Yes, for convenience, your measurements will be saved in your profile. Simply create a profile in your account, and access it whenever you are ready to order.

  • Will my shirt shrink?

    Before you wash your shirt, please consult of our Care Tips section before washing at home. Proper care is important to maintain the quality of the shirt.

Order

  • How do I make changes to an existing order?

    We are happy to assist you in making changes to your existing order. Please email us with your order number and changes you would like at care@madebytailors.com within 24 hours of submitting your order. Changes made after the 24 hours’ deadline are not guaranteed.

  • How do I check the status of my order?

    To view the status of your order, login to "My Account". "In progress" means we have received your order and its being made by our tailors. "Shipped" means we have finished making your shirt(s), they are on the way to you. "Complete" means we have completed your order, and item has been received.

  • How do I make a special request?

    For any special requests, such as asymmetrical body size, urgent order, etc, please contact us at care@madebytailors.com before you complete your order.

  • How do I remake a shirt similar to the one I ordered before?

    Please login to "My Account", view and select the shirt you would like to remake in the "order history", click "Remake One Similar To This".
